Since spring 2010, Ruby Watchco has happily served hungry Toronto diners.
Located in the city’s Riverside neighbourhood, Ruby’s four-course prix-fixe
menu changes daily. Our wonderfully talented and creative Chefs Lynn Crawford
and Lora Kirk conceive and execute exciting new menus each evening based
on local, seasonal products. We call it Market Inspired Comfort Food.
Ruby is committed to offering great food, drinks, and service. Our dining room
is comfortable and chic, designed by Cherie Stinson, an incredible designer
with Yabu Pushelberg and fun-loving foodie, and managed by bon-vivant
and all around great-guy Joey Skier.
